There are 19 officially designated neighborhoods in Hopkins.
Established in 2010, the newest neighborhood association encompasses the Avenues area of Hopkins east of 12th Avenue.

The Bellgrove Improvement Association was established in 1940 and became part of Hopkins in 1950. The association was incorporated on December 5, 1946 and has been actively pursuing neighborhood projects and concerns since then.
Established in 1940, the Hobby Acres Association, Inc., was formed in 1955.
The largest condominium association in Minnesota. Located at 11th Avenue South and Smetana Road.
A small neighborhood group who fought to preserve the forest now known as the Hiawatha Oaks Preserve.
Nine Mile Cove contains fifty-six villa homes near Highway 169 and Lincoln Drive

This 50 plus year old neighborhood association has a long history of socializing and organizing around issues affecting the neighborhood. It is located just south of the SUPERVALU distribution center.
